In 2005 I created a short story aimed at young children with accompanying illustrations to promote the conservation of pandas in China.

The aim was to keep the design of them simple so that children could easily recognise the subject matter, but at the same time to create styled illustrations which would stand out and interest the reader.

The illustrations were created primarily using Corel Draw. Effects were later added in Jasc Paint Shop Pro and Adobe Photoshop.
